No really, they are the best

Claiming something so iconic as a chocolate chip cookie as being the best rendition is bold, bordering on arrogant. Also, being a person who typically doesn’t toot my own horn, it’s even rarer for me to say that I made the best of anything. But I have tested and eaten so many of these cookies in the last few weeks that I am not exaggerating when I say this is the perfect cookie. And perfect cookies always start with brown butter.
