Post spring break used to be hard because of the party letdown. Now it’s hard because there aren’t enough hours in the day to catch up on all the things. For me, recovering from spring break also means healing my gut from a rough bout of norovirus while on vacation 🥴
Lucky for me, the bug got me at the end of the trip, allowing me to devour all the glorious food and wine Rome and Sicily had to offer (food highlights here and here).


Italian food is my absolute fav right behind Korean so I did not hold back. And girrrrrl am I paying for it. The coupling of over-indulging and noro is causing my body to revolt and I’ve been on a strict gut-healing soup regimen since I’ve been home.
