Riffing on margs is my back-pocket go-to drink. The possibilities are endless, the base recipe is a crowd-pleaser and when perfectly balanced, maybe a little too easy to drink.

Making a Korean version seems obvious, but it took me a while to get here because I didn’t think to blend makgeolli [막걸리] in a cocktail as it’s traditionally consumed straight.
